“After interviewing several individuals to consult with me and my staff…we unanimously selected John Thinnes. What impressed us was his ability to zero in on our issues and express them in clear and practical terms. John looked at our organization…interviewed management and presented a report of his findings and a proposal for a plan of action…in the course of the next few months, John worked with me and my staff to develop leadership skills…The result of the process…many of my concerns have been erased…my staff is highly motivated and focused on developing and growing the business.”
