Using Your Strengths We offer a series of one-on-one confidential coaching conversations with members of management. Each meeting is designed to answer questions and clarify the concepts, knowledge and skills presented in the Integrated Strategic Framework process, SACC Performance Profile, and creating Powerful Work Group Environments. Coaching conversations provide management with additional insight into how their thinking and behaviors impact performance by deepening the application of new knowledge and insights.
